For a new adventure, Tiananmen Square is the first destination today. While fixing your eyes on this huge Tiananmen Square, symbol of historical changes in China, be sure to soak up the Chinese patriotic atmosphere. Take a symbolic picture in the center of the square before walking along its underpass, which leads to the Forbidden City. Then, pass the Tiananmen Gate and begin the tour of Forbidden City. In the afternoon, experience a tour back to a time of ancient worship by visiting the Temple of Heaven. A shrine of Heaven and symbol of Beijing, the Temple is believed to be as important as the Forbidden City, or even more because the emperor is the son of Heaven. If there is not too crowded, a stroll through the extensive gardens and corridors of the park will immerse you in the lives of old Beijing. During your stay in the neighborhood of the Drum Tower, enjoy a quiet moment to admire the view of one corner tower of the Forbidden City, which is on the other side of the moat. Time for an evening at the Peking Opera, you will be fascinated by the legends of ancient China. Great Wall Visit

Today, explore one of the most important symbols of China: The Mutianyu Great Wall. This wonderful site offers a stunning landscape of the surrounding nature. Having access to the ramparts by cable car, you may enjoy of exclusion from the rest of the world, as this area is a slightly less touristy section of the Great Wall. To return, you can choose between some walking or tobogganing or cable car. After the Great Wall tour, stop at the cloisonne factory where this ancient art will be revealed. You will explore artisans welding on a piece of copper inlaid with colored enamels.
In the afternoon, immerse yourself in history and Chinese culture at the National Museum of China located to the east of Tiananmen Square. Local Life

In the morning, you will spend a few hours hunting in the largest flea market in Beijing, the Panjiayuan Antique Market. You may even have fun engaging in the Chinese custom of bargaining as you find goods across China at the best price. Then, as you ride in a rickshaw in the Hutongs, prepare to dive deeper into this unique atmosphere of old Beijing. The doors of the famous courtyard houses are open to you, as you experience being around working-class families as they enjoy life in these old homes. When sharing a meal with a typical Beijing Hutong family, you will learn about the customs and traditional ways of life in these neighborhoods.
In the afternoon, visit the architectural treasures of the largest imperial garden in China, the Summer Palace. Built based on models of the most beautiful gardens of Suzhou and the shores of West Lake in Hangzhou, this huge garden is full of history and will make you forget all your worries. There is even a chance for a short cruise on the calm Kunming Lake. After visiting the Summer Palace, go visit the Pearl Factory. Yungang Grottoes

In the morning, you will be transferred to the airport for the flight to Datong. Upon arrival, the guide will meet you at the arrival and then be transferred to visit one of the most beautiful grottoes of China, the Yungang Grottoes. The 252 caves contain treasures and are known as a World Heritage Site. Marvel at the skills of the sculptors of Buddhist carving art that contained in the Five Caves.

Today, go to the south of Datong to see the few remaining halls of Shanhua Temple. The temple, whose typical architecture of Tang is a great rarity, was the victim of the destruction at the end of the Five Dynasties. After then, prepare to be dazzled by the experience of the Hanging Temple. This Taoist sacred mountain is spectacular. Climbing may be a bit tiring as you head toward the cliff to visit this temple, which is located 50 meters above the Jinlong Canyon's gorge. Some places are a little steep, so be careful.
After lunch, visit an architectural masterpiece that challenges all laws: the Wooden Pagoda in Yingxian County. This pagoda built solely of wood represents one of China's oldest buildings.

Pingyao Ancient City

We begin today with discovering the lifestyle of the Ming and Qing dynasties through the walls of the Ancient City of Pingyao. This walled city takes you back in time to experience its secrets. Stroll along the city walls where you'll delight in having a view of the entire city. The most charming panorama to be seen is in the early morning or late afternoon. Also take the time to stroll through the streets between famous traditional courtyard houses. The most interesting areas are in the southeast. Stop by Rishengchang, the largest bank in China at that time. Also get in the market to join the swarm of people in the streets to bargain for some souvenirs. If time permits, you can also go through the Temple of Confucius or the Chenghuang Temple.
In the afternoon, make a stop at the Qiao Family Compound. This house is a perfect example of successful merchants in Pingyao in 18th century. Visit this walled house and its maze of courtyards and rooms. You may recognize the scenery of the famous film Raise the Red Lantern shot by Zhang Yimou.

The Eighth Wonder of the World

Upon arrival, the local guide will meet you at the exit and then you will be driven to the hotel for check in. After a break and breakfast in hotel, visit the Stele Forest Museum and its impressive collection of stele calligraphy. Wander amid these steles and tombstones and learn an explanation on the history inscribed on the stone from time to time in English. Get into the third room of the museum and you will realize the immensity of Xian. Then, go a few miles outside of city wall and discover one of the most famous Buddhist pagodas. As a symbol of Xian, you could admire the city and realize Xian at the seventh floor of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. After visiting the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, stop at a Jade Factory -the Chinese favorite treasure. Enjoy being with professionals to discover how jade is carved and the difference between real and fake.
After lunch, get away downtown Xian to visit the eighth wonder of the world, the Terracotta Army. From the passage of the door, prepare to marvel at the craziest project by the first emperor of China. Although the tomb of Qin Shi Huangdi is never ever open, a few rooms containing objects have been observed as having accompanied the deceased. In an annex building, watch the story of the emperor and the construction of this magnificent tomb. rice terraces in Longsheng

In the morning, you will take a flight to Guilin. Upon arrival, your guide will wait for your at the arrival hall and then you will be driven to Longsheng Scenic Area for a visit. Go in the district of Longji to visit a traditional village of the Zhuang minority, the Ping'an village and Longji Ping'an rice terraces. After a brisk half-hour walk in the hills, you arrive at Ping'an village. If you wish, you can ask the carrier to take you up to the hill on their palanquin. Stroll through the beautiful Longji rice terraces along the hillside. If possible, you'll even have the opportunity to visit a rural elementary school with children from all local minorities. To better soak up the Zhuang minority culture, spend the night in the village inn, where the morning rice terraces views are stunning.

Enjoy the morning parade at the Ping'an village and Longji Ping'an rice terraces. After lunch, you will be driven to Guilin and visit one of the must-see sights of the city, the Reed Flute Cave. Let your imagination flow and discover stalactite plants and animals of natural formation by colorful spotlights in the cave.
In the dusk, wander along the banks of the Li River to watch the cormorant fishing. This ancient method is still used in the Guangxi region to catch fish. Admire as the trained cormorants dive into the Li River to pick up the fish that they then bring back to their master. The Cormorant Fishing has remained an active activity in some remote areas of China. It is possible to attend a meeting of fishing using this ancient method in the small villages of Yangshuo and Guilin.

Li River Cruise

In the morning, you'll be driven to the pier to take the Li River Cruise where lunch will be served. Over the 4-hour drive, drive of an enchanting world made up of karst peaks in the form of Sugar Loaves. It's like a Chinese painting paraded before you. The landscape of the Shanshui (water and mountains) is extraordinary. You may be lucky to admire buffalo while you're peacefully grazing the water.
Upon arrival at Yangshuo, rent a bike to continue your trip to Moon Hill to admire the peak that has the appearance of a moon-shaped hole. Climb the 1,251 steps and you won’t be disappointed by the view. Once at the top you will have a spectacular view of the Li River nestled in a valley consisting of rice terraces and fields in the background with the beautiful karst peaks.

Yunnan Ethnic Minorities

In the morning, you will be transferred to the airport for the flight to Kunming. Upon arrival, the guide will pick you up and then you will visit the Yuantong Temple. To access Yuantong Temple, pass the magnificent portico of the seventeenth century, a monument itself. This temple is one of the oldest Buddhist temples in Kunming and the largest of Yunnan province. These rooms and splendid statues will definitely surprise you, especially of the Guanyin with a thousand arms and the Buddha Sakyamuni. Strolling in the garden, admire the intricately carved dragons on the main pillars.
Located in the north of Kunming's Dianchi Lake, dive into the world of Chinese minorities in the Yunnan Nationalities Village. There, members of 25 ethnic minorities in the province attempt to showcase the experience of their lifestyles. They will present their lifestyles and customs through the reconstructed houses and traditional costumes, but also performances of folk dances and songs.
Tonight, enjoy the Dynamic Yunnan show and feel free to sing along during the 1 hour and 40 minutes of traditional songs and dances performed by the minorities of Yunnan. With the participation of members of these ethnic groups, the show perfectly reflects the customs of these peoples. In the morning, take the road to the immense Kunming Stone Forest, which is approximately 1.5 hours' drive southeast of Kunming. This sea of rocks offers an ageless, magical landscape where karst peaks intermingle. While come back to the city center in the afternoon, stroll through the streets of the Birds and Flowers Market of Kunming. Charming Lijiang

Upon arrival, your guide will meet you at the exit and then you will be driven to the hotel for check in and breakfast. Then wander through the maze of alleyways of the old town of Lijiang. In Lijiang, know more about the Residence of the Mu family. Snow Mountain and Minorities

Take the cable car to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and its Yak meadow. Discover this majestic mountain snowcapped throughout the year. On a clear day, you will have splendid views of the valley below and the snow-capped peaks of the mountain. In the scenic area, visit the Museum of Dongba culture so that this special cultural governed by shamans will be revealed. Descend into the valley to see the Temple of Jade Summit, which is one of the few lamaseries in the Valley of Lijiang. Created by the sect of the Red Caps, you'll be aware of the Naxi culture's influence and their appreciation of other religions. Stroll through the garden and see some of the multiple colors of camellias in the garden during the spring.
In the afternoon, discover the beautiful frescoes of the Baisha village. This village was the capital of the Naxi kingdom before the conquest of Kublai. Even today, during the visit, you will feel that you are walking through a town that is frozen in time, where the Naxi architecture is visible everywhere. Be sure to pass by the pavilion of Liuli and Dabaoji palace to admire the incomparable frescoes by the Naxi, Tibetan and Han painters. These murals are quite unique.
From Baisha, buckle up for a one-hour ride on the ancient Tea Horse Road to reach the Shuhe Ancient Town. The trail which plunges into a valley that appears untouched and original is a beauty. Once there, stroll freely on the streets of this ancient town that is vaguely reminiscent of the Naxi influence on Old Town Lijiang and visit the museum to explore the history of the Tea Horse Road. Not far away, a stroll in the park of Black Dragon Pool is a relaxing activity, along with admiring one of the most beautiful views of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain as it reflects off the clear waters of the lake. Old Villages

This morning, you will be driven to Dali. During the 3-4 hours' drive, you will stop to visit the small town of Xizhou. In this old town of the Nanzhao kingdom, you will discover the well-preserved remnants of the Bai ethnic group. The houses of this minority group were built beautifully with rich decorations. From one rooftop of these houses, you will have a magnificent view of the colorful roofs of Xizhou.
A little further, visit the Bai minority village of Zhoucheng. Very well preserved, you can appreciate the splendor of the Bai architecture here. But most importantly, take the opportunity to spend time with the local population, which here carries on the traditions of its people. Thus, you can even admire women manufacturing the famous Batik fabrics in local crafts shops.

Amazing Dali

In the morning, strolling through the Dali old town would be relaxing. Although it’s a rather small area, one can get lost in the maze of streets of Dali. Still surrounded by ramparts, the ancient town maintains and showcases an atmosphere of the Nanzhao kingdom. Be sure to stop in the park while you pass by to meet the local playing cards or mahjong. Then, get out of Dali ancient town to visit the magnificent Zhang family's Garden. you will be fascinated by the splendor of the architecture of the Bai garden. Many buildings are made with rich architectural designs that are based on a decor consisting camellias, azaleas and the Cangshan Mountain.
In the afternoon, take a cruise on the Erhai Lake. Once on its shores, you would like to fix your eyes on the vast stretch of crystal water, which reflects the snowy mountains of Cangshan. The cruise will take you on the folk island of Nanzhao where you will discover the vestiges of this ancient Kingdom. You will also attend the ceremony of the Three Course Tea, which is very important in the tradition of the Bai ethnic group that settled on the shores of Erhai Lake. Then, visit the Three Pagodas of Dali. Once on the scene, you will be fascinated by these elegant towers pointing to the sky. With a splendid view of the Cangshan Mountains and Erhai Lake surrounding you, stroll amidst these ancient relics to arrive at Chongsheng Temple. In this temple, admire the bronze bell, statue of Guanyin and some of the treasures contained in pagodas.

This morning you will be transferred to the airport to take a flight to Shanghai with a stopover in Kunming. Upon arrival, do some shopping in the stores of Shanghai on West Nanjing Road. Join in the crowds of shopaholics strolling around the long pedestrian street of several kilometers. While shopping on the Nanjing Road, enjoy and admire some of the historic buildings in their various styles.
Then, take a nice walk along the Huangpu River on the Bund. Historic buildings in this street are a style that combines Gothic, Romanesque and Baroque to the New York of the 1930s and the Sino-Western. As a symbol of Shanghai since the 1920s, the Bund is considered “Chic Avenue of China”. With modern skyscrapers on the other side of the river,  the Bund mixes old and renewal in a sumptuous setting.
This evening, go for Huangpu River Cruise. Discover the city as the aliens did before 1949. The cruise is indeed along the Bund and its Gothic, Baroque and romantic frontages. On the other side, admire the modern Pudong New Area and its huge skyscrapers. The cruise will makes a U-turn near the Yangpu Bridge and you are provided then the most beautiful view on this cable-stayed bridge which is one of the longest in the world.

Old and Modern Shanghai

This morninig, visit the breathtaking, beautiful garden of Shanghai - Yuyuan Garden. As one might notice while strolling through the shops and restaurants, this area has been restored in a very typical style of ancient China. Cross the bridge with nine turns and finally go to the Yuyuan garden, a haven of peace in the economic capital-Shanghai.
Then, explore the Shanghai Museum to discover one of the most important collections of Chinese art in the world. You will be amazed within the history of this country's millennial culture. Get there by first crossing the People's Square and its Park.
After lunch, stroll in the Old French Concession of Shanghai and discover some of the most beautiful villas of the pre-war in this area. Pass by Huaihai Street and the hotel Jinjiang, which today represents the heart of this old French Concession.
Then, take a stroll around the old town of Shanghai and enjoy the Tianzifang Shikumen. These traditional houses are in Shanghai as the Courtyards in Beijing. Stroll in the middle of shops, the art galleries and cafes in the small and classic alleys of the neighborhood.
At last, reach at the top of the third tallest skyscraper in Shanghai, the Jin Mao Tower. From the top of its 88 floors you will admire the panorama of the Bund and the Huangpu River in the front with the symbol of the city, the Oriental Pearl Tower. The Jin Mao Tower opened its doors in 1998 when was the highest skyscraper in the city with a height of more than 420 meters. According to Chinese Numerology, the Tower consists of 88 floors, each of them losing an eighth of height from bottom. The Jin Mao Tower also recalls the shape of a Chinese pagoda. General Price Inclusion of Private Tours

1. The entrance fees as stated in the itinerary.(Including any cruise). 
2. Professional and private english-speaking guide for airport transfer (train station transfer) and sightseeing. 
3. Private and well-conditioned vehicle with a professional driver for airport transfer (train staion transfer) and sightseeing. 
4. Meals as stated in the itinerary. Chinese meal in a tourist restaurant or a local restaurant. The number of dishes varies according to the number of persons in the group. The meal also includes a glass of softdrink or beer.
5. Accommodations usually with breakfasts as state in the itinerary (or similar class). Prices given are calculated on the basis of a double room or a twin-bed room for one night. When requesting a single room, a supplement will be required. Usually,the room is available from 11 am and must be vacated by noon the next day. 
6. Domestic flights (economy class) or internal trains as mentioned in the itinerary. All taxes such as airport and fuel are included.

8. Travel Agency Liability Insurance. 
Your entire tour is covered by the travel agency's liability insurance, the insurance is directly regulated by the National Tourism Administration of China. This insurance covers accidents that transpire as a result of any services caused by a travel agency. It doesn't cover any incidents or physical problems occurring outside of the tour period caused by clients themselves. We, therefore, recommend you purchase additional travel insurance in your home country before departure.
